1. Legal notice
By using the MyPartTimeJob.co.uk website, these terms and conditions are accepted and interpreted in accordance with English law.

2. Definitions
Advertisement
The advertising details and/or material that a client provides for the website.
Applicant
A person who submits a CV or outline details through MyPartTimeJob.co.ukto a client/ end client.
Logo
A 120x60 check pixel advertisement solely containing the clients name, logo or symbol.
Banner
A 468x60 check advertisement by the client containing the client’s name or name logo or symbol, and or text.
Client or Agency
The person(s), or firm or company named on the ‘Order form’. In the case of an advertising agency being named on the order form the ‘client’ refers to the company or firm or individual on whose behalf the advertising is booked.
Client (advertiser)
The person(s), firm or company for whom the services are being provided.
Duration
The period of time over which the client’s advertisement will feature on the MyPartTimeJob.co.ukwebsite
Order Form/ Booking Confirmation
The Order Form is the form supplied by MyPartTimeJob.co.uk
Price/Rate
The price to be paid by the Client as detailed on the Order Form.
Website
The term website refers to the MyPartTimeJob.co.ukwebsite.
Long Term
Long term refers to any contract that is greater than three months.
Services
Services mean all recruitment products provided by us to the client/advertiser.
3. General
These conditions are deemed to have been accepted by a client when any of the below listed items have been received by MyPartTimeJob.co.uk::

An Order Form signed on behalf of the client

By pressing the submit button when forwarding advertising text
-
By being permitted access to the database of CVs on MyPartTimeJob.co.uk
-
By using one or more of the services of MyPartTimeJob.co.uk
The terms and conditions are valid except where an alteration has been agreed in writing by a director of MyPartTimeJob.co.uk
4. Advertisements
Acceptability:
MyPartTimeJob.co.ukcan accept no responsibility for the level or number of applicant responses or the quality or perceived quality of applicant response to any advertisement.
Cancellation:
An advertisement may be cancelled and details will be removed from the website following receipt of written notification from the client and or end client. The client will not be entitled to a refund for the period of advertising that has not been used. All discounts will be void should a long term contract be cancelled. A closing statement and invoice will be issued reflecting the standard monthly rate.
Costs:
The cost and duration agreed on the Order Form will be charged to the client at the point that the advertisement is booked and is payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Invoices for bookings of all lengths will be sent out monthly.
Liability of MyPartTimeJob.co.uk
The details or CV of any applicant are not verified or guaranteed by myparttimejob.co.uk.
MyPartTimeJob.co.ukwill not be held responsible for the actions of any applicant duly employed by the client.
Obligations of MyPartTimeJob.co.uk:
MyPartTimeJob.co.ukwill reasonably endeavour to ensure that for 150 hours per week its website is accessible to users.
Payment and costs:
Prices are guaranteed for the period stated on the booking confirmation. Any outstanding monies from the client beyond the 14 days stated on an invoice shall bear interest at 4% per calendar month.
A single job is identified by its unique ID number. If a client deletes a job and then either reposts it or posts another, this will be classed as two jobs.
If any services to be used within any time period specified on the Order Form are not used within that period of time they may not be carried over into any subsequent period without our prior written consent. The client will be responsible for payment for any unused services.
Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of services.
Termination
The client may terminate the provision of services under any Order Form by no less than 30 days notice to expire at the end of a contract duration. Termination by the client before the end of the duration may, at our discretion, result in loss of discounts agreed for the entire duration.
We may terminate the provision of services if:

the client is in material breach of these terms and conditions and has not remedied such breach within five days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or:

the client becomes insolvent, ceases to trade or goes into liquidation.
5. Client obligation
5.1. A client who advertises on this website enters into a contract, irrespective of whether the advertisement is placed directly or indirectly on behalf of a client.
5.2. Any advertisement placed on the website by a client must be wholly accurate and true.
5.3. Any images, data, logos, photographs or other material in the advertisement must:
i) Not be discriminatory, age-discriminatory or racially/ethnically objectionable;
ii) Not be obscene, indecent or offensive;
iii) Not infringe any other person or company’s copyright;
iv) Not contain any pictorial or name representation without the appropriate legal authorization;
v) Not disrupt any computer system or network;
vi) Not include any weblinks or hypertext in profiles or job descriptions;
vii) Refer to an individual opportunity;
viii) Not be a general advertisement or promote any business or service;
ix) Not include gratuitous use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles. Gratuitous means deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating job titles, with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views.
5.4 The client undertakes that it will indemnify myparttimejob.co.uk against any liability (which includes without limitation all actions, costs, claims, demands, expenses, legal fees or professional fees) that they may incur as a result of any advertisement that the client has placed with MyPartTimeJob.co.uk
5.5 Where an advertising agency is the client the advertising agency will have received authorization from the end client to run the advertisement on the MyPartTimeJob.co.ukwebsite. The client agrees to indemnify myparttimejob.co.uk against any action arising from publishing the advertisement.
5.6 The Order Form shall be signed and completed by the client (or agency) indicating which type and duration of chargeable advertisement has been selected. This must be returned by fax, post or other specified method.
